He will still be living in Hereford and have an office here. He can still help his constituents as before. Sarah Carr has been chosen by the Liberal Democrats to succeed Paul and she will be standing at the next General Election. Sarah was Paul's campaign manager when he was first elected in 1997. Sarah will continue to be a strong voice for Hereford, Ross-on-Wye and South Herefordshire in Parliament should she be elected. Despite growing anxiety about the rising cost of living, too many people are still missing out on money they are entitled to says Hereford CAB. The local charity has joined forces with local MP Paul Keetch to urge Hereford residents to get information and advice about their benefits entitlements and act now to get the money they are owed.

KEETCH DELIGHTED THAT FLOOD DEFENCES HOLD

KEETCH CHAIRS MEETING FOR JOINT RESPONSE TO POST OFFICE CLOSURES PROPOSALS

The announcement of proposed Post Office closures across Herefordshire prompted Paul Keetch, MP for Hereford, to call for a non-political joint response to the consultation and host a meeting of the group leaders on Herefordshire Council, Post Office Limited and Postwatch which took place today. Bill Wiggin, MP for Leominster, had also been invited but was unable to attend due to parliamentary business overseas taking precedence.

KEETCH COMMENTS ON POST OFFICE CLOSURE PROPOSALS

MP for Hereford, Paul Keetch, has been advised that seven post offices in his constituency will be affected by the plans proposed by Post Office Limited.
